Dragica Cvek Jordan was born on January 22, 1940 in the Trnava, in Moslavina. In 1961 enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, and the same year she married Vasilij Josip Jordan. In 1964 graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, prof. Miljenko Stančić.His first solo exhibition organized by the Salon HDLU Zagreb in 1968. In the same year she had the first exhibition abroad in Brussels. In 1969 at the Youth Salon in Zagreb she received the award for painting. This is followed by numerous exhibitions at home and abroad.
