Vrščaj Jožef
Jožef Vrščaj was born in 1950 in Črnomelj, Slovenia. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana under professor Slavko Tihec in 1977. He lives and works as a freelance artist in Ljubljana. He participated in numerous group exhibitions and symposiums in Slovenia as well as abroad, receiving many awards for his work.
