Brane Širca was born in 1971 in Ljubljana. He graduated in 2003 by prof. Darko Slavec and Tanja Mastnak in Ljubljana.Brane Širca is creative in a very postmodern painting manner, in small and also in large formats, working on paper, canvas, in metal, with X-ray photos and with found objects. He is also very fond of graphic. he loves to pick up and combine tehniques randomly. His themes usually involve numbers, which Širca sees as a possible kaos manager.
