Mesarič Franc

Mesarič was born in Mitrašinci, Slovenia, on April 3, 1938. He enrolled at the Department of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 1957, studied with professors France Mihelič, Božidar Jakac, Riko Debenjak, Maksim Sedej, and Gabrijel Stupica, and graduated in 1965. Together with Ladislav Danč, Štefan Hauk and Lojze Logar he formed the DHLM group of painters in 1970 – 1974. Mesarič lives and works in Murska Sobota.
