After her return back in Ljubljana, she developed her own style with pleneristic lightening and soft colour grading, tjhat was near impresionism, but always true to realism. In the Thirties her colouring became stronger. After the World War II. she started to paint smaller paintings and use gentler brushes and colours. She expressed herself in watercolour and in oil and usually painted still life or portraits. Her first exhibition was in 1909 in Ljubljana, then again in Trieste (1920), Sušak (1941), Ljubljana (1944, 1952 in 1954). Poshumous exhibition was in 1985 in Kranj.
